Exploiting a glitch the developers overlooked is a whole different level than hacking your PS4, then hacking into the game to bypass security features and enable debug menus tho.You can't trust millions of players, and, well bonanza-gate was an example of both the community and the product's security showcasing why neither can be trusted.
Yes, but the point isn't the severity of the issue, it's that an opportunity presented and it was exploited richly by the majority aware of it.Exploiting a glitch the developers overlooked is a whole different level than hacking your PS4, then hacking into the game to bypass security features and enable debug menus tho.
It was good for the future of my game, it meant I carried on playing for a bit instead of putting it away until the next update.Yes, but the point isn't the severity of the issue, it's that an opportunity presented and it was exploited richly by the majority aware of it.
Very few refrained, thinking 'this is wrong, this is bad for the future of the game blah, blah, blah'.
Give the community a door, they'll walk through it. Same for dataminers walking through the game security/data file doors.
The funny ending to all of that would be PD releasing Engine swaps to the Tuning shop as a "Gotcha" to everyone that Bonanza'd.It was good for the future of my game, it meant I carried on playing for a bit instead of putting it away until the next update.
I think everyone who did this glitch more than ~50 times did it mainly for the 4* tickets. The funny ending to all of that would be PD releasing Engine swaps to the Tuning shop as a "Gotcha" to everyone that Bonanza'd.
The real Roulette simulator™I think everyone who did this glitch more than ~50 times did it mainly for the 4* tickets.
And that's kinda my original point. The publicity, marketing, glitch, hype... it's a good thing from my perspective. It was good for the future of my game, it meant I carried on playing for a bit instead of putting it away until the next update.
~800 tickets netted me 35mil Cr. and 100 carsThat's a good way to test your resilience to disappointment.
If the cars in the pool were also included in the Used car lot / Legendary car lot, a 1 in 8 chance wouldn't be so bad, ngl.~800 tickets netted me 35mil Cr. and 100 cars
Well, since you teased a car as iconic as the Escudo for Gran Turismo was added to the code a few weeks back, and I personally don't see any car even close on this one, at least not every car they work on is leaked yet.Using Samus, GBalao888 and Whistle Snap lists, this is full list of these datamines, with new ones in bold.

Plus if you could win the used/legend cars from the roulettes, you'd be able to win their special parts too. Right now the only special parts you can earn are for the cars you can win from the roulette. If the cars in the pool were also included in the Used car lot / Legendary car lot, a 1 in 8 chance wouldn't be so bad, ngl.
I didnt tease it, I guessed it based on update patterns and enthusiasm. Escudo was never confirmed up until silhouettes. Yes, there arent any 2021+ (besides GR010) vehicles, and there is only one 2020 vehicle, and one 2018 in datamine. Its obvious datamine list is some part of iceberg which will IMO have melted away parts.Well, since you teased a car as iconic as the Escudo for Gran Turismo was added to the code a few weeks back, and I personally don't see any car even close on this one, at least not every car they work on is leaked yet.

Museums are decent indication for future content but some brands are less represented. Chevrolet isnt one of them. There are quite few cars with lots of slides out of which LS400 is recorder with at least 10 slides given for it. Yet still no LS400 in game. In Mitsubishi museum GTO is never mentioned yet it appears in game. Wierdly Stealth is in Dodge museum. Museums have plot holes which appear as drivable stuff. It seems that either plot hole/missing cars and cars which have multiple slides dedicated for them are most likely. Since C8 has around four slides dedicated I think it will come but I would not be surprised if it comes in Z06/ZR1 for instead to fill a 'plot hole'.Corvette C8
Because when you go to the chevrolet brand in gt7 you get a picture of the C8 right in your face.
No Corvette C8 in any car data that I could see.Is there any Corvette C8 in the datamined list?

Uhh...Complex StringAny info of the uncoming tracks for the game?

I think its so dumb from PD to put pictures of a car in gt7 and not actually put that car in game. Specially with C8 being the first ever mid engined corvette. No Corvette C8 in any car data that I could see.
On a quick glance, the car list I posted from the steering data looks to match up with the Hagerty dealership, so those cars are pretty much confirmed.
Anything else rumoured to be coming as of 1.18 is a toss up, imo.
Which would leave basically nothing in the Museum for brands like Daihatsu, VW or PontiacI think its so dumb from PD to put pictures of a car in gt7 and not actually put that car in game.
Yeah that would make the players so madWhich would leave basically nothing in the Museum for brands like Daihatsu, VW or Pontiac
But thats not how it works, if it was we would have a ton of F1 cars or like @Nuschel01 said some brands will have barely anything to showcase.I think its so dumb from PD to put pictures of a car in gt7 and not actually put that car in game.
I simply think the cars from the photos should be in game. I wish we had a ton of f1 cars in game. If some brands barely have anything to show, then they should add more cars from that brand to the game, instead of photos. Have you ever seen the infiniti brand in gt7?They have a museum full of photos of their cars while the only car they have in game is a vgt. That is ridiculous. But thats not how it works, if it was we would have a ton of F1 cars or like @Nuschel01 said some brands will have barely anything to showcase.
Yet you said everything that is about cars not in game should be removedI simply think the cars from the photos should be in game.
