It appears so. With new additions outside of the list being stuff decided before or after the list.The entire list is very solid tbh
That said plans and people change roles etc so it's likely we will see more deviation from the list as time goes on.

4 cars from the list. Crazy. I'm sure they weren't ready at launch and they didn't withhold them just to drip feed content. Good update though regardless. Infamous snoval from the leaks coming too. Guess there's a high probability red rock valley and Montreal turn up eventually if they keep updating Gt7, but maybe they'll slow down now until Gt8 launches.
Only thing sillier than predicting what PD will include in an update is actively going against the leaks to predict what won't be released lolYahoo! I can't wait! The Snow Oval update will be fire!
