Tuning: Yes.
Notes: Post your time AND top speed. This will be a 15 point race, 10 for time, and 5 for speed.

I seem to remember from somewhere that you need some sort of clever technology to connect the Playstation to the PC or something, for time proof ing purposes. What was that about?
