Before everyone goes "search the forum there's loads of tunes" ive been doin that for the past hour & havent found what im looking for.

The setup i want is for solo, online.

2 points i want to make clear:

1. I want to be able to do 40 laps without needing tyres.
2. Needs to be relatively fast, 42.1/ 42.2 lap times.

If you do help i'll be happy to reward you with tickets, paints etc.

And dont go on about fuel because im quite aware of it all thank you.

I finally got my car setup for 40 (+) laps in the mid 42s, but I sure as hell ain't gonna post the tune for everyone to see. It took many hours and many races to get it right.

I will give you a few hints though. Experiment with toe and camber. Drive the high line as much as possible.

Fuel - I can't get there solo at these lap times. So, maybe you know something I don't about gearing.

If your willing to PM me the setup i'll send you endless stuff. e.g. Ticket 1000, 1970 b-day ticket, 1967 b-day ticket, gold, silver & orange chrome.

& i wont pass it on if you do agree.

Or just go to The Oval Tunery where kenwilinski has posted the best setups for Nascar, and various other cars on circle tracks. And the best part? You don't get "hints" and "ideas" for a price, you get legitimately good tunes for free! It's a much better deal don't you think? ;)

While I haven't tried his tune, I do know that he is a very good tuner and oval racer, try it out, or alternitively, try the one in my sig titled 'AK Motorsport'

I can only get 30 laps though, getting 40 is very hard and that's why the guy who posted second didn't want to post his, and he has the right to as well.👍

I know he has a right to & i respect that.

What did you possibly search for, that you couldn't find the answer. I'm literally curious, because everything I can think of pulls up a ton of options.

dude you can have the tickets :) thank you so much, someone thats actually kind to help. Add my PSN: Silent7Sniper7 & i'll send the tickets throught next week.

Oh goodness...
Have you tried this set? I wouldn't start sending tickets until this has been tested and proven to work (no offense)
And you know there is no "holy" set up for this like in drag racing. You're still going to have differences based upon driving style, so the perfect setup for that guy may be a little off for you. And strutr74, I haven't seen anyone crying about posting a good Nascar tune. In fact, that kid that replied first is one of the few that was acting like a shady drag racer. Nascar boys are pretty helpful when you ask.

I know nothing of Nascar and never race Daytona, but I took strutr74's tune for a try online. I went full throttle from exiting the pits and drove the high line until I was almost out of fuel on lap 35 (incl the out-lap). Most laps where 42.1, some 42.2. I had to refuel 97l so I could've probably gone around one more time. The rear tires had one or two laps left in them, maybe three if I hadn't been a bit unsteady the first few laps before I got used to the line.

I have no idea how that compares to any other tune so take it for what it's worth.:)

You are correct sir, The hardcore guys wont give out anything, I can name the names but wont. You might get a bit here and there but any of the "Team" guys wont say anything. It's the higher then thou attitude that so many have online. It looks like someone ran 40 alone so there you go...enjoy..

Test it out...The first guy is how most, not all Nascar guys act. Trust me I run with these guys ALOT, and they won't give a complete set up. Its always try this, put your springs around this # ect. Its hard to get the perfect set from anyone but the one I posted is used by alot of guys, I've seen 52 laps out of it, not by me I use a Ds3 but it can be done if everything falls in place, Pack leader, fuel, line, ect..This set is good for anyone that will give ya 40 even if you are just starting to run nascar.

Yeah I just started racing Nascar online and love it but a lot of guys are like him, don't want to help out or even let you learn, instead they run you over even in a clean room. Also I've noticed if you don't have a drafting buddy don't even bother!

I have a pretty good setup that runs 41.5s and I can get over 30 laps on the tires so I am sure a better skilled driver could get more. I can give you all the setup when I get home (I am at work). I don't even know if that's good or not but will definitely share.

LOL, that 3 speed looks like you modified my tranny, all those numbers are incredibly close to mine. I can pull solo lap times of avg 41.580 to 41.615, and pull 35 to 45 laps, my endurance setup runs 52 to 55 laps on average with a best of 57 laps before running out of gas. but it's solo times are only in the 41.8 and 41.9 range. I prefer my faster setup though.

And before anyone asks the speed setup is posted on about 5 different forums, the enduro setup to this day still refuse to give out, but if you can find my speed tune congratulations. believe me it's not that hard, I've entered rooms and have had ppl tell me my tune is amazing, yet I never met the person and they told me they were googling tunes.

When I decided to start running circle tracks I never met any one who wouldn't help me get goin in the right direction. I hardly ever run Nascars though, and don't know as much about them as a lot of guys, but I will say that Ken and Herbie are the best that I know, despite the occasional lack of humility ;)

Yeah I'm not sure where the trans came from?, it was passed along but it works nicely. 235 in 3rd before up shift and holds good speed in the turns.
If you made it good work:tup:

My 3 speed shifts up at 227 and i shift down at 225, keeps the revs up to help hold speed in corners, I've tried setting 3rd to 236 but when your solo it kills ur speed in the corners becuz rpms drop.

lol to u, if ur running 41.5 lap times you'll run out of gas by lap 30 -32 & its impossible to get 57 laps without pitting. (at full speed tht is) stop bragging & makin up 🤬 stories

great setup m8, i was on lap 37 with just under half tyres gone untill some :censored:spun me  & the trans setup is great, saves loads of fuel, can easily get 45 laps from fuel, but still tryin to get to lap 45 without being spun. Thnx again

Let me understand this you PM'd me 5 or 6 times on here and PSN asking for my set-up.
You then come on here talking trash about a guy that gave you a tranny set-up.
I have a better idea, why don't you take some time and do what the rest of us did and maybe sit down and figure it out for yourself. How the heck would you know he would run out of fuel when you keep asking for the magic 50 lap set up.There are many things that are not possible in this game, you figuring out a 50 lap setup seems to be one of them.👎

Killerjimbag is right.
Just because you can't manage it, doesn't mean it's impossible.

hey i need help with my NASCAR suspension setup I can't get it to accelerate fast on datona and I don't know if its my suspension or not

lol my 41.5 solo times can manage 36 laps before running out of gas. And can get 35 to 45 laps on a set of tires, my camry pulss 41.8s and can and has done over 50 laps in a draft. the most you can get on a fuel of tank with no draft is about 39 to 40 laps. Know what your talking about. I have tunes for NASCAR posted all over. If you would like add me so I can run circle around you fool.
