I think I finally understand how the dealers work. I have read that many of you who have already played the game are disappointed that certain cars are not available. At the initial stages, I too was disappointed.

But after playing more, and the same dealers came back, I noticed the same number of cars in a dealership, but different models. Its like, each time, there are only a certain number of cars they will display, just not all. And each time, the models change.

Looks like we just have to wait and guess what other cars are available. Overall, a good game. 👍

keep playing and you'll notice the only cars that are newer than '05 are the ZR1 and GTR Spec V

all the cars showed up are all just cars from GT4

Ok. As a GT fan I'm thoroughly enjoying it though. Nice to see a widescreen gt on the psp after playing gt1 and 2 ona square box on the psp screen for so long.

Not only that, but he could also have saw some repeated cars.

Still I doubt the game have random dealerships as in real random, so that 73rd week number is booked for me, since I really have to understand how the dealerships work in this game.

And I'm only saying this because GT4 had some things (used car lots, used wheels and even races line up) that looked like they where random at first and end up being just long or difficult to track cycles (specially the races that weren't random, but had so much going on for them that made them really hard to track and use).

Why are you always talking bad about GT, without vaild arguments? Can you show us the confirmation that the only newer cars in GTPSP are the ZR1 and GTR Spec V?

Personally I think everyones game will have different random dealerships showing up at different times.

Actually I'm trying to figure that out at GameFAQs, since I'm still of the opinion that it's not entirely random, and so far I start to notice that for a single copy of GT it's not random (start the game see dealership, reset and start again, find same cars, using a single copy), I just need to figure if this will also pass to other copies, since apparently there are a couple of possible 1st cars, that may be the hint for the version and list of cars showing up.

Still I need a people for this, and if people here start to show interest and posting those things, I may start a topic for that (if no one does it first), and using both info we may get somewhere with this possible randomisation.
