Decal finishes?

I wanted to know if it's possible to set one decal to a gloss finish and the other ones to a matte finish.

A possible way around that for simple designs, is to upload a mask of the design (a cut out) and use and underlying paint chip/colour to come through. I have done it for some designs using a chrome base paint which makes the design 'appear' as chrome.
