There are a number of good racing game series on the PS2. For the most part the last iteration in each series is the best, as developers learn how to get the best out of the system, but this isn't always the case.
So the debate about which is better out of GT3 and GT4 has been done to death, so we don't need to bother with that here, but what about these series?
TOCA Race Driver - 3 has the most content, but does anyone think that 1 or 2 is better (and why)?
Colin Mcrae Rally - 2005 is often considered the most fun, but some people prefer 04. Which do you think is best?
Studio Liverpool F1 - 06 is their last release on the PS2 and often considered best, but 05 is also well regarded. 2001 was the last game with Murray Walker as a main commentator, but was definitely not as good. Which game do you think is best in this series on PS2?
