Deleted Files

A bit new to this, so bear with me. Long time watcher, never posted before.

How on earth do you start the game from fresh? I have already played the game but want to start again as if I've just purchased.
Deleted all game data as you do, but when I reload and reinstall, it takes me back to where I left off. Same cars, score rep etc....

Frustrating....

What Need for Speed are playing? PC or Console? Most of the time the save files in PC games are on another folder instead of your game folder. So it might be that's why you're still continuing your play through because you haven't deleted your game saves because its in another folder.

Need For Speed 2015 on the PS4.

Receive the PS4 as an early Christmas present. Purchased NFS2015 and played through the game. However, I want to play through it again, but from the beginning as if I'd just purchased it.
I have deleted all the games data etc..., but when I reload, reinstal etc..,, it takes me back to where I left off with the exact same cars and what have you.

The PC version doesn't come out for several more months

@Doodle I didn't know its NFS 2015 because OP didn't say, so I generalized all PC games

@CossieTech I don't know the answer. I don't have PS4 yet.

Seem to think that with the game being 'always online' you're never going to be able to start the game from the beginning as it always saves your progress.

Delete all the data from the PS4, uninstall the update etc.., it will always take you back to the point you left off in the game.

Frustrating you can't start again from the beginning.

Check other websites to see if other people have discovered a workaround with this.

If I remember correctly, there is a setting within the settings options to restart the game.

Wasn't it mentioned before that they have an option for that in the settings?
