Demo to Full Game Transfer

When I loaded my game for the first time I did not prompt with anything to transfer data from Demo to full game.
Has anyone else had this problem and been able to solve it?
Does anyone know how to contact gt sport support?

check your internet conection

Network connection is all good

Check internet.
Check which PSN you did.
Check Server network.
As only cars, credits, liveries and Mileage only gets transferred over,
No other things.

Also when asked it's during the very first run of the game.
If you had run it before and servers were down then you are out of luck.

No if the reason is servers being offline, you are in luck because deleting your local save should let you start fresh and hopefully trigger the question this time...

Me too but I didnt played the open beta one (only the closed one) so I'm guessing it's the problem.
