DFGT FFB problem

Hi, I've done a quick search and couldn't find anything so hopefully someone can help. I bought a drivehub a couple of weeks ago and have been using it with my DFGT to play Project Cars 2. Last night, I was using the wheel when it developed a problem with the force feedback. I can hear the FFB motor turning, but it's putting very little force through the wheel itself as if a gear is slipping somewhere. The problem is kind of intermittent, and the wheel still returns to centre as it should, it's just lost all the strength of the feedback.
Has anyone else had this problem and, if so, is it an easy fix?

The teeth of the drive gear are worn.No,there is no easy fix.You will have to disassemble the whole wheel and made new custom-made gear.
