I find my DFGT just too slow (and noisey!) for drifting, slow spin speed. Feels too dinky and sloppy, so it's hard to get precise. Large angle drifts tend to be impossible due to snapback oversteer since you can spin it back fast enough

Is the G25/G27 signifcantly better?

What about Fanatecs? Well I guess being able to set the degrees of the wheel on demand would help a lot! :)

I have heard that the Fanatic GT2 is better i used it once but it wasn't for drifting. i personally use a G27 and i like it a lot more than the DFGT, the only downside is that you cannot map the buttons at all :(

being able to map your controller is huge i can't with my G27 its a B---- yeah i don't use my handbrake at all when drifting its bad all rely on my power and my brakes locking up to initiate my drifts its not always fun so whatever works really is the bottom line

I have both the GFGT and the G27 and here is a comparison between.

1.The GFGT is alot more shaky while the G27 is smooth.
2.The GFGT is loud and the G27 has no sound.
3.In the GFGT you have the option to use the E-brake (hand brake) while the G27 the E-brake is to far away.
4.The G27 in my opinion has a quicker reaction of turning than the GFGT.
This is my comparison so far I plan to edit this soon.
