DFGT vs G25/G27 for drifting - Fanatec?

I find my DFGT just too slow (and noisey!) for drifting, slow spin speed. Feels too dinky and sloppy, so it's hard to get precise. Large angle drifts tend to be impossible due to snapback oversteer since you can spin it back fast enough

Is the G25/G27 signifcantly better?

What about Fanatecs? Well I guess being able to set the degrees of the wheel on demand would help a lot! :)
Not sure how the belt drive would translate. What is the drift mode on the Fanatec wheels all about?

The new Thrustmaster wheel looks good too, but maybe too expensive

Yes the G25/G27 is a lot smoother when countersteering and just in general as well. I used to use the DFP on GT4 for drifting but it was a real workout!!! Doable but hard work.

As an example my friend has just bought a G27 to replace my old DFP I lent him. With the DFP it would shake his desk to the point where his 32" LCD tv would be rocking from side to side. With the G27 the tv does not shake hardly at all.
