Well, im 14, and I have lost the Power Supply for my DFP. My father and I looked into the logitech site and whatnot, and we got a reply from them. They told us that we would have to find a replacement on our own, they dont make the power supply for a DFP anymore. So we looked at radioshack, they didnt have what we needed. Im only 14, i dont really know what i need, My dad said something like "Ac to Dc 120 to 24v. at .75 mil amps" I dont know if thats exactly what he said, but that was close , im sure you all know what your doing anyway. So can anyone direct me to an off brand power supply i can use? Please?? :nervous:

Can you make that bigger? I can't quite see it.

Now that wasn't very helpful...

I think on the box of the DFP or in the instruction manual there must be some literature as to what are the DFP's electrical requirements. My guess would be to buy an AC adapter that adapts to those requirements. Hope that helps.

Thank you, but we figured that much out, it needs to be a Wall socket, (USA) to a 24v. plug, but i dont know where i can buy one. . . if anyone knows a site that sells them is what i meant, sorry.

You may try contacting Logitech again and getting the part # for the power supply. Doin this will narrow down your search by far.

I tried a 3rd party one and it didnt work.

I decided to buy a momo racing FFB wheel, fancied a change.

I also lost my power cord -was moving a lot around the last years. I contacted Logitech to get a replacement cord, but they don't produce or sell that. They suggested I try a third party, but were not able to provide me with any details at all.

They were not helpful, not friendly, just useless after sales support.

If anyone out there knows anything? Where can I buy one? Or who sells me one from a wheel which doesn't work anymore/no longer used?

Those who have a working adaptor: What is the your adaptor saying (input/output?) , and has it got a part number ? (in the user manual is NOTHING specified....)
I live in the UK now, but had bought my DF Pro in the U.S. originally.(also Europe will work, I have all the necessary adapters here)

Any help/info is greatly appreciated!!

I don't have the DFP anymore but I do have a Logitech Force 3D Pro joystick that happens to have quite a similar adapter, probably the same one with a different product number and a slightly shorter cord. Actually I've used this one on the DFP too so the info is 100% compatible. Hope it helps.

P/N: 190211-A110

AC ADAPTER
Model: ADP-18LB
Input: AC 200-240V ~ 0,4A 50-60 Hz
Output: 24V - 0,75A

ok.....spoke with a guy at logitech (UK) gain, he told me that logitech does not sell any of the components, just the whole product...i should look for a third party provider....he was not able to name me one though. Great product, but disastrous after sales support!

so I went to a lot of electronic shops to find a 24V adapter and an output of about0.75mA.

I finally found a laptop adapter from TRUST, model PW-1300 which works.
BUT: te thing costs GBP 49.90 in the shop (USD 103), which is why I brought it back onc I testedit at home to see if it works. (note: only one of the10 laptop adapters actually fits the power end in the wheel...).
I then searched the web and you can get it for GBP 28 (USD58) including shipping.

Tou also might find some from time to time on ebay...I lost the bidding though , price it went for was USD 21.03 for your guide.

I hope this helps those who are looking still fro an alternative power supply.
