DFP problem - feedback only when turning left

If I turn to the left then the wheel will come back to the center. If I turn it to the right then it will just stay where I left it. It's not stiff when turning right either, only to the left. My wheel also doesn't go into 900 degree mode automatically. I have to manually change it to 200 by moving the white block. Does anyone know how I can fix the feedback problem? Thanks.

maybe the motor is broken? You better take it in for a exchange. I took mine to exchange cause the buttons on the wheel wasn't working.
