Hello! I have had my DFP for about a year now, and it went "clanky" on me just a minute ago. I have searched for this problem and nothing came up, so here is the detail:
When I am turning the wheel, for 2 to 5 degrees, there is a resistance for me to turn beyond that point. If I actually use my strength, I can overcome it and continue turning it for another 2 to 5 degrees, then it's stuck again. So when I'm playing, the thing is offers resistance on the way, and it's basically unusable now.
I haven't disassambled it to find the problem, but I feel the electical motor is the problem because it feels like turning those RC car motors, very un-smooth.
My warranty is running out, and I want to replace it as quick as I can if there is no way I can fix it. Can you guys help me to find the problem? If not, how do I contact Customer Service, I'm in Canada by the way! Thanks!👍
