Did they change the . . .

Did they change the way the wheel feels or something, I swear something changed, it MUST have!?

I use G27,

before when I put it on 10 FF it just feels "heavy" or something,
It pulled around okay, I guess.

Today I play for the first time in a week or something, the wheel seems much more lively, it feels FIRM now vs simply heavy, and it jumps around a lot too when you let go on a straight and knock it out of the dead zone =p.

It feels like I can really feel the tires through the wheel now; I get a mushy sensation when they are sliding, and when I countersteer, I get a 'crisp' sensation when the wheels are rolling at the right angle . . .

Last time I played I was struggling with linking certain sections of alternating sweepers, now, it's a snap, just put the wheel to the spot it wants to be.



If something did change : What was it, does everyone like it? Anyone hate it?

If nothing was changed : does anyone know what's going on here =S

I dont know if they changed anything, I will say as long as I've had my G27 I have had the force strength at 4, and it was always sufficient, but I have noticed recently that it does feel tighter in the ways that you describe. 4 is pretty strong though I couldn't imagine running with it on 10. If it IS a change, I like it, if it's just me getting better and noticing the subtle feedbacks... thats cool too.

I feel its the same. I use FFB10 with G27. I've been playing every night for 5 hours and haven't noticed a change.
