Don't think too easy about getting it, H3dlund. It will take you at least a few days completing.

Yes i know. It aint gonna be easy, but i always wanted to try that car.

Me too 👍 I was very excited when i got it. When you got it, make sure you mess up all settings. It'll be jumping and drifting all over the place:crazy:

then why is it on gale banks', who is renowned for tuning diesel engines, web site?

Bank's Power
Yeah, It’s got a HEMI! Believe it or not, it was early experimentation with hemispherical head tank engines like this that started Chrysler’s legacy of the HEMI engine. In stock form, this engine was rated at 810 horsepower on 80 octane gasoline.

I don't know, but diesel engines don't run to well on gasoline ;)

From Jay Leno: (http://www.popularmechanics.com/automotive/jay_leno_garage/4206704.html)

With its giant air horns, the Patton sounds like a diesel train. Actually, everybody thinks it is a diesel. One hot-rod magazine ran a photo of the car with a caption that read, "Diesel!" Believe me, it has a gasoline engine. Before we modified it, the car ran just fine on regular. Now, I fill it with premium, even though we're limiting the turbos to only 6 psi of boost. We're kicking around the idea of cranking up that boost to see if we can get another couple of hundred horsepower out of it.

there is another one. i can not remember the name of it right now though. i think its french

edit: i remember now, renault megane anyone?

I don't think the Megane is a diesel. I'm pretty sure the only diesel is the 120d. I did some research on this a while back, 'cause I was looking for more diesel cars.

We can simplify this by saying that the BMW 120d is the one and only diesel engined car in the game. :)

That's why it received so much publicity before the game's release, as (if I recall correctly) it is the first diesel-engined car to be in a Gran Turismo game.

Any thirty-litre engine behaves 'like a diesel', as it produces waves of torque at extremely low revs and not as much power as you might expect, hence Jay Leno's 'Tank Car's characteristics, but it is also a petrol-fuelled engine. Although I didn't know where it came from until now 👍
