Well, the month is half over so it is time to choose another difficult car for tuners to test their skills on. How this will work is, submit your nominations in a post to this thread and the last week of the month I will make a poll thread with the top five or top ten nominations and the next difficult car will be chosen via the voting results. If there are many submissions here with no clear hierarchy I will simply choose the top five or ten based on first come first serve. I say top five or top ten because at this point I don't know quite what to expect from this thread yet. If it gets bombarded by many different nominations I'll choose the top ten, if not, then top five. When choosing a nomination please keep in mind the cost of the car and the tuning options for the car. So please don't submit a multi-million credit car or a car with no adjustable suspension, etc.

The apparently infamous Audi Auto Union or the McLaren F1 please. :)

Just had another thought. With the utmost respect to all the tuners, it seems to me that the Audi Ultra is still very unstable: understeer, oversteer, bad braking - the 'full catastrophe'. The R8 LMS is not much better. Considering how many of these cars there are and that the engine sounds are not too bad it seems a pity that they are so unmanagable. Keeping in mind my limited knowledge, I can't help but think that the Ultra is coded wrong or 'broken' as some people prefer. I have read numerous threads on it, but surely it doesn't handle anything like this IRL. Thanks. :)

The Spirra. Good one. Count this as vote 3.

I haven't had any issues with the amuse cars either. Maybe its because I rarely max them out.

Heres a neat ones you never see;
The beetle cup cars, or the spoon fit van

How about the Stingray Racer Concept '59? It's not a particularly useful car, but I'd like to be able to at least drive it once. That thing is a deathtrap at Willow Springs, but at Monaco... :scared:

You said that before, lol. I absolutly Love that car. Ive won 90% of my game progress with it. I definitely think its a style thing.
Yeah but I don't understand why you can't drive it full PP. It shouldn't have these turbo if nobody can drive it ???

Hopefully tomorow there is 1.05 (50% chances I think since all major versions are on monday and there is only one monday remaining in Feb), and hopefully it will fix camber, but still... I don't understand.

On page 3 of my garage I have a decent tune for it. Ive been using it with the power limiter for 550pp as well as the 600pp I built it for.
I havent tried to race it in 650's since the last patch so im not sure if it could be maxed out, but I doubt it. Everything I did wasn't meant for larger power, but maybe you could use it as a base, and max it and tweek it a bit?
Worth a shot.

Audi auto union v16 streamliner type c
Thing handles like a barge
( only use for it "old dog new tricks" trophy)

I'll help with the Ka when it comes up.

My only problem with the Ka as opposed to the others, is I wouldn't be caught dead in one in real life, lol. Its not a car I like at all, and represents the kind of car that I normally wouldnt even buy unless it was for completion of the game.
When we are done, we can all smile and say, "yay, we successfully tuned (yawn) a little car I would never buy unlessnforced at gun point" lol.
But im a team player, I'll play, ^^

Ferrari 599. No matter what I do it understeers like crazy and feels like it weighs 2,000kg even though with full weight reduction it's a respectable 1,320kg or so. Top that off with it's huge (571hp at 550pp) power and it's a handful!
