directory not accessible??? Mandrake 9.1

hey guys...im running Mandrake 9.1 and my working folder just, well, dissappeared.

here's the message i get when i try to access it:
bash: cd: /home/*****/clusterviewer_stuff/clusterview/: Not a directory

when I do ls command in the /clusterviewer_stuff folder it shows up there, I just cant access it for some ****ing reason.

I tried accessing it at least 10 times from different terminals so im pretty sure I didnt misspell anything.

If any of you guys know whats going, would you share your expertise?
