Apparently stuff like horns and dashbord decorations have been toned down from DIRT 2. A lot of fans felt they didn't really add that much to the game, so Codemasters cut them down.

There is a team known as Colin McRae Vision, the name of a charity established in McRae's name after his death. And there is the McRae X4, a prototype entry-level kit car that McRae was developing with Citroen at the time of his death.
Otherwise, I've heard that Codemasters dropped the Colin McRae name at the request of his family. DIRT 2 paid tribute to him, but they apparently felt that was a good time to depart from the series.

Could only find Pastrana.
Also, you can only use the trailblazer cars on the trailblazer courses, the rest are pretty open, driving a Raid vehicle on a rally stage proves to be rather fun.

soo would this mean i could use the pastrana subaru on perhaps rallycross and gymkhana?? one of the biggest things i wanna take away with this game is letting me race as one of my fav drivers soo i hope this isn't too bothersome to ask xD
