Dirt 3 Reedeme Code Problems

OK So i've had Dirt 3 since the first day it came out, and i stopped playing for a while. Then i wanted to play and i tried my reedeme code that didn't work previously and now it does, BUT......on the code it said it unlocks online play, youtube access, cars etc. But i only got a stupid Texico team livery!?!?WTF!?! and now i have to buy the VIP Pass and i read that after you buy it IT DOESNT WORK EITHER!!!!!!! can anyone help?

Can't really help you that much but I my game case with the code was stolen while I still have the disk. I contact codemasters customer support about buying another code via PSN. They said it should be available in few days. This was a week and half ago....

Follow the instructions on that piece of paper... you enter that VIP pass on their website.

Assuming this is PS3, you enter it on the store according to the steps on the flyer and indeed how I did, not sure why you went to their website unless it's different for other countries and not sure what piece of paper you got . There are some PSP related options but nothing about going on their website on mine.

Assuming you followed those instructions chase, and have since tried re-entering the code (check you don't have 2 codes, one for the livery), it's time to contact Codemasters. You should be able to send them proof of you having a code if they ask for it (photograph the flyer) and they should then send you another if it's faulty I would hope.

I had to e-mail codemasters customer service the VIP code that came with the game because the site said it was under maintenance. They sent me a PSN code back and I put it in at the PSN store.

Thats how I got it done. Hopefully you can get yours working.

I really hate that developers are starting to do this. It's too much of a hassle. They just want more money by either getting people to buy the game new or buy a code so they have online access. I hope this dies out soon.

i bought the game last week, brand new, and the codes are saying they expired. Anyone else have this problem?

With millions of codes being printed, there's bound to be a few glitches along the way. As per the advice on one of the earlier posts, take a photo of your code, explain your problem and e-mail Codemasters. Their customer relations is one of the best out there.

Proof of purchase from whatever store you got it from would be useful too.

Their site is more likely "under maintenance", truth is this ongoing wave of hackers messing with game developers/publishers.

Codemasters got hacked just a few weeks ago according to the e-mail i recieved. Funny thing is, I can't recall ever registering at their site...?
