Discovery Section Very Slow

Anyone else having problems with the Discovery section lately? It was fine a week or so ago, but after the latest update it has become unusably slow. It's not my internet, or problem with PD servers, because saving and everything else in the game works fine. I was thinking the game need to rebuild the cache or something, so I just let it update each tab (Trending/Latest/Most Popular for each category), but if you quit and re-enter it's still slow.

PD need to fix this ASAP with the next update. It makes getting the Achievements for photo/livery likes impossible. If the servers can't handle the amount of user content after only 3 months, I don't have much hope for this game...

I was playing last night and the game had a flicker as I was trying to look through the discover section for decals. After that it seemed to work fine again. Plus I discovered I now had 89 notifications all of a sudden!! (I thought it was my awesome American Airlines Tomahawk Livery i had just created haha) but it turned out it was only my notifications for the past week

I found it won't load during an online save. So if you look at a livery/photo etc and like it it won't load when going back. Not sure if this is exactly what you meant but that's my problem with it.

Really annoying when you want a decal. I found that in order to view the decal, you need to wait until the likes, comments and shares pop up underneath the thumbnail. Can become very frustrating, because if you scroll down too fast, the decals don't load at all. You have to increase your browsing time by a few minutes.

This has only been an issue the past two days, it is not patch specific. I also have had trouble uploading a livery I made that uses up all 300 layers.

Has anyone considered maybe its some kind of memory leak perhaps? You'd think things we have saved ourselves would load faster and it wouldn't need to rely on loading from the servers.

I go on the gran-turismo website to use the discover section. Quite good for searching and browsing decals and liveries. Can't sort into favourites though.

Problem is the likes you give on the GT site does not register in the Achievements in game. Epic fail design choice by PD, because the website section is WAYYYY faster and more intuitive than the one in game.
