Displacement tuning upgrade?

What cars can receive a displacement upgrade? I haven't yet encountered one that allows you to.

Fiat 500, also Citroen 2CV I think. Mostly older cars with tiny engines

A lot of the Skylines, typically the 4WD ones, can get displacement increases. And I think that crappy Honda Life van prize car gets one.

I have no idea. I'm not sure what the relationship between engine size and sound is, if any. Or maybe I do. I have zero ideas on that.

Doing almost anything to an engine will change its sound. I don't think that GT4 wold model that correctly though.
