Display and record fastest lap times

At the end of a race, I want to see my fastest lap time. I also want to be able to compare my best lap time in a race with those of my Online competitors.

And I want to have these best lap times saved in local leaderboards.

I would also want that, in each offline event, one record by car.
eg : in an event when driving an NSX : Record on Roma 1'15.xxx, in the same event driving a Zonda : record on Roma 0'57.xxx.

Normal events should keep records as time-trial anyway, even if there's slipstream.

I don't have internet at my house and I utilize my local leaderboard (in GT5) to see how much my suspension tuning is improving lap times. I miss this feature in GT6 significantly since it is missing. I have to save my fastest lap ghost and go that route, but then it is a distraction having the ghost pop in and out of visibility when I'm trying to focus on setting a lap (and yes, I know I can turn the ghost off as I am lapping, but I'd prefer to not have to load a ghost at all).

Local leaderboards are SO important. In the Forza world, we had them in Forza 2, but for reasons I can't fathom, Turn 10 dropped them in FM3, and despite user requests, kept them out of FM4. Then the online leaderboards broke. It's my understanding that FM5 has not restored local leaderboards. Nor have they fixed the online ones for FM4.

As racing drivers and managers of racing teams, we need lots of statistics and logs.

Agreed with OP. I want to be able to review old best laptimes from previous races on certain tracks and career races/events
