Divine moves at spa

In Gone with the wind. The mission Divine moves at spa I’m starting off with racing softs and I looked up a video and they’re on wets. Is this a bug?

The latest patch broke a lot of missions and licenses when it came to tyres, so it's bugged at the moment.

I got gold on it, it only took me about 6h and about 300 tries. On RS tires on a wet track. Have shared the replay in my library. 1.22.258
