DLC Region Locked

From what I've read thus far DLC for a US copy of the game must be purchased from the US PSN Store. I unfortunately have an account that was setup in the Dubai but now that I'm back in Canada I'm using a US copy of GT5.

I'm turning to brains of GT Planet for any solutions to being able to use the DLC when it becomes available and not have to start the game over again with a new account. I tried copying the saved game data but that didn't work. Even if Sony/PD allow the DLC to be used across multiple accounts won't I still have the region problem?

Any thoughts?

I'm in the same situation my dear friend, and the worst thing is, I don't know why I've setup my account in dubai, I have another one setup in the US store but it isn't the one I use to play GT5, I hate myself, but it seems I might be saving myself 12 bucks after all....

DLC is region and account locked for some reason.

A hint to PD, It should be machine locked!

Yeh, there's no solution for the region dlc issue.
You should maybe try to buy the appropriate psn cards online

Thats no solution either. As there are folks like me who have bought the game in their country, but there is no PSN Store in that country.
