From my quick google search, It would seem you'd have to settle with it being mostly gloss as the Chrome Blue and Chrome would both need to be body colours that would need masking and that simply isn't possible. That is unless someone were possibly an expert with gradient shapes then the Chrome could be the base colour and have a blue tint over top.

Very true. A bright gloss blue could look good though.
