Do you have a fix?

This is the bug that bothers me the most:

Cars are not appearing in the race! It usually happens only to me, my friends have no problem. It happens usually when new players join the lobby no the ones that already joined. If I disconnect and connect again to the same lobby all the vars appear but most of them don't see me at all.

If there is any type of fix or something to reduce this from happening this often please tell me!

Have you tried clearing your cache?
Start button, options, network, clear system cache
Doesn't always fix everything, but it is a good place to start,

You could also try rebooting your router.
