what do you guys think? this is mainly for those that race online

It would be nice if you could set up a small championship but I see a few problems with it. First reason is that the online lobbies aren't stable yet so an online championship feature could easily become a painful experience. They have to get it right first. The second but less valid reason is the sad online mentality a lot people have in GT5. Not a reason not to implement it but I just don't see it working well in reality and here comes the reason. Just think of all the online race which started with fourteen cars and ended up with just five cars getting across the finish line. Many don't seem to be able to handle the fact that they can't win every time so they just quit and kind of ruin it for those who managed to get a good position in the race. I wouldn't dare to imagine how a championship would end up then. All the rage it would evoke in the kid who realizes he just got a single point for finishing last or something like that.

That would be great, & is something I've always wanted. But like most people on here, I've used up all my votes already, that's a flaw in the Feedback idea imo as I would've voted for you otherwise.

It's got my vote. But it's entirely up to PD whether or not it actually implements it. It would make racing leagues and setting up championships for online more legitimate and more robust.

I think that would be a great idea but the only problem that I see is making sure everyone in the lobby will stay in it for the length of the championship and of course there are other little bugs deep within the idea but just off the top of my head that's one problem I can think of.
