Do you think that this is a good combo?

Hey guys,
I want to upgrade my computer. A new graphics card, proccessor, RAM space and mainboard are needed. So, I played more than one year on my PS3 without gaming at the PC, and I want to play more at it. My budget is 420$ (305 Euros). So, I looked around at eBay and I picked these parts:
- AMD Bulldozer FX-4130, 4 core, 3.8 GHZ
- MSI Nvidia GeForce GTX650 OC
- Kingston HyperX 8GB RAM
- Gigabyte GA-78LMT mainboard/motherboard

The computer should do these two things well: gaming amd editing. I know, there are better CPU's and GPU's, but I'm 14 years old so I don't have the money. :)

Edit: some current specs:
- Nvidia GeForce 9500 GT (GPU)
- AMD Athlon, dual core, 2,2 GHZ (CPU)
- I don't know which motherboard I have atm
- 4GB of RAM space

how much is that fx 4130? I have an fx6300 and i'm finding that even that cpu is getting a lot less fps in cpu intensive games than even an current haswell gen intel i3 with hyper threading.

It's 85 euros (117 dollars). I just found a set with the FX-6100, the right mainboard and 8GB of RAM space for just 218 euros (300 dollars). Hmm, Intel Core i3, i5 or i7 proccesors are really good, but they'rw still a bit too expensive in my opinion :P
