Just wondering if anyone wears shirts, jackets, caps of their favorite WRC team. I know it fairly common with NASCAR or NHRA fans to proudly wear their team. It's much less common for F1 fans to do so. And to this day, I'm the only one I know or have seen wearing something supporting my favorite WRC team.

And in case you're wondering, my favorite team is Ford Rallyesport and since it's winter, I've been wearing my 1999-2001 colored snow jacket (dark blue, blue and orange-ish red).

Do you wear your team's gear?

I have a short sleeved BMW Williams shirt, uh that's about it. I see plenty of people wearing Rally/F1 stuff.

I don't really like a single WRC team, but I might be tempted to fork out for a nice Prodrive/Subaru jacket. I know a shop that sells all sorts of motorsports memorobillai, they even had a rear engine cover for an old benetton F1 car.

I don't have any wrc gear but I have holden racing team stuff like boxers and a bag to put all my toiletry's in.

I'm the worst sort of fan for a team - I'll watch them on TV and support them, but I never buy anything. It's the same with bands; I'll buy the albums but never the mechandise.

Yeah - I've got a bright blue Subaru Australian Rally Team beanie I wear. Very handy for winter when you've got no hair.

I need a beanie, but the only place to get one is online from a UK distributer. I fear that by the time I get around to ordering one and getting it shipped to the US, winter will be over. :odd:

I picked up my Ford-Martini jacket from Ebay. Two weeks after I bought the jacket, I found out that Ford Rallyesport put out new apparrel in the new team colors (blue, dark blue and black).

I love my jacket all the same - mostly because not many people notice it, but the ones that do think it's really cool. I just have to get used to the zipper being on the opposite side (it's almost like learning how to zip up a jacket all over again).

I have a shirts, caps, a jacket & a coat from the Aussie V8 Supercar series & wear them all the time. But I have not got anything from WRC, but if I saw something I liked, I would buy it. Just have never seen anything...

I rarely wear anything with someone else's logo on it. Especially logos of any profit oriented organization. People who wear Nike logos are just dumb. Same goes for designer clothing. They should be PAYING you to advertise for them.

First off, it's been a while since I've last posted and a whole lot has gone on, so...congratulations on your engagement. A word of suggestion on your upcoming wedding (if it hasn't already happened) is start with the wedding planning as soon as possible - if only to get the little things done sooner rather than later - you'd be surprised how stuff like buying trinkets or your reception itinerary can get lost in the cracks only to pop up at an inopportune moment.

Now, as for the wearing logo - some people are brand loyal, they like products put out by specific companies. I for one, love Pepsi and have a couple of Pepsi shirts. I bought it and wear it largely because I enjoy the product and the shirt didn't cost more than a normal non-logoed shirt. Same for my winter coat. I support my team through desire and passion for the sport and the jacket was actually cheaper than comparable winter sportish coats.

Now where start to agree with you is when you get charged a ridiculous amount of money for a product that is no better than what else is on the market...simply because it has a famous person's name attached to it - be it some Dolce & Gabana $1000 pant suit or a pair of $200 basketball player X shoes.

I own a Jaguar F1 polo, that's about it. I personally am on the lookout for a nice Mazda polo, but I can't see to find any. I don't own any WRC gear, and at the price for some of them, I doubt I'll be buying anytime soon.

I have a black Chevy Racing beanie that I can't find. I also have a white Billabong beanie that I got on Saturday.

Im not sure LM, I mean take trainers for example, it might be just me as I am a size 14 (UK - so 15 US) and I am particularly heavy on my trainers but I always buy nike, I will never buy any other brand and this is 99% based on the fact that they last longer, are better quality and are more well made. I understand you thoughts exactly, about them paying you but the quality of products has lots to do with it.

I wouldn't wear car related clothing as Im not that far into car racing. I do own a Bulls league shirt though 👍
