I have to ask, why in the world would you want to drive that in any racing game?
I don't see anything fun about this at all.
 
I Think in the game it could be easily tuned to its normal potential, we all know cars like these were power restricted only because of emission standards as far as i know. So 200 HP is possible.

I wouldn't want that thing in the game even if it had 1000 hp.

They were power restricted because the big Astron was a fairly undersquare engine designed for torque rather than power. Even in the latter half of the decade with turbocharging and fuel injection in the top spec Starion/Conquest the engine didn't come particularly close to 200 horsepower.
