I dont like your setup :) We got diffrent driving styles or something.
I like the viper to slide a little oversteer at a brake tab before corners.
I test drove it after i bought it whit standard settings. I loved it so i ditnt wanna loose that feeling fiddling wit the tuning too much.
So i tweaked minimum for more fun factor.

all tuning parts.
Downforce: 50/65
Max Speed: 360 kmh
LSD: standard setup 10/40/20(maybe accel to 50)
Suspention: standard setting (nice and loose but controllable shwung around nordschleife)
Camber: 0.6/0.4 . Toe standard
Brake 6/6

Driving aides: Traction skid accel controll : 3 , Sliding controll on and ABS1
This is a FUN setup (Dont know if it any good racing for lap times)

This is my opinion on your tune please dont shoot me but all reactions are welcome. (I tested whit only ABS1 my settings also)
Ok i think:
1- Downforce 50/65 (70 rear is too much it struggles to keep fast sharp bends And whit 65 there are still no problems to loose it at high speed)
2- Transmission 360Kmh (390 is slower accelleration And at 360 u stil need a loooong streigt to reach topspeed)
3- LDS im not realy shure off. Its better whit stock settings than yours i think. I tried other setups ass well.(drivetrain diff.)
4- Suspention front is no good at the smallest bumps in corners it looses grip in front.
5- Brakes i got 6/6 and works well. (is it me or does the viper tends to go stay streigt at 6/7 couse rear wheels hold it back little more ? or im i paranoid)

(Sorry i dont know all the terms of tuning in english couse my games gives me duch names for it)
