Does anyone have dimensions for the Frex Shift+?

Hi guys,

I'm building a custom rig and wanted to incorporate the Frex Shift+ to use as my sequential shifter. I was wondering if anyone had dimensions for the thing as I'd like to cut my panels soon, though I have no idea when my shifter will actually arrive (I ordered it about a week ago and sent payment, but no status updates since then). Specifically, I was wondering if anyone had the following dimensions:

1. width
2. screw distance (I can get by without this for now)
3. mounting lip length
4. total length
5. depth
6. lip width
