Does anyone know if the V3 Wheel works for GT4?

I am thinking of getting a good steering wheel, and there are a lot for sale everywhere, and it is for PS1, too:tup:

I also can't afford any of the GT or Logitech wheels
If anyone knows if it works for GT4, just say

Are the Logitech Force Feedback or the GT Force Feedback any good, cause I just found some really cheap.

I just bought a driving force GT 2 days ago for the upcoming release of gt5 but thought i'd give it a go on gt4 wow so glad i did and have even bought a new memory card so i can have the whole racing experience from the start without losing my current game and other games on the old card. its a great wheel for the price, i was very bad with it at first many spins and lost races but am getting better now, well worth it. Still struggling with rally tho for some reason lol.

Considering that there's not a whole lot this wheel actually does work with, I'll go with no.

V3 wheels actually work with quite a lot of games, including the first two Gran Turismo games. They just stopped being supported after GT3 came out and made Logitech wheels replace the neGcon programming protocol as the dominant standard. I would actually pick up a Driving Force GT for GT3-current and an InterAct V3 for GT and GT2. You can pick up DFGTs for just over $60, and I've seen V3s at thrift shops for years for under $10.
