Does exist a gt4 30fps patch for phones?

Hello, I always wanted to play gt4, but due to money constrains, the only thing i can use to it is my samsung galaxy m15, and nethersx2 emulator. I would this 30fps patch for running the game in the phone but I have no knoweldge o coding to do it myself, so i woud like if someone could help me with this and finnaly be able to play gt4
