Does GT3 Have The Same Delayed Input Feel As GT4?

Not played my copy for absolute ages, and now i appear to have lost it, so i was wondering does it have the same delayed input from the wheel like GT4 does which kinda makes the cars feel weightless. If it plays well with the wheel i'll buy it again so help

I don't remember if GT3 has a delay or not but it only uses 180 degrees of rotation. On your comment about GT4 not having enough weight in the steering, are you using the G25? I noticed that the DPF has more resistance then the G25, in GT4, so it made the cars feel heavier.
