Does installing a custom gearbox change the PP

Cause I love driving my f40 but the gear ratios are different to the real car and I want to keep the PP around the same cause I like to keep my cars as stock as possible.

nope, no change in PP with the addition of any part that doesn't directly affect power, weight, or downforce. Clutch, flywheel, tranny, LSD, Diff, driveshaft, etc, are all freebees when it comes to performance points.

Personally I disagree with this decision as a custom gear box alone can make a huge difference when racing cars of the same PP that don't have one.
