Does this prove TT2 is coming?

So there is PS Move Racing wheel coming out this fall. At first I was like meh, just like the crappy wii wheels. But it has folding handles for steering wheel and sport bike positions. (Yeah) And It has paddle shifters, AND twist grip throttle control.(I think that says something) What do you guys think about this?

It implies that a motorcycle game that supports this controller will be coming to PS3. Nothing more, nothing less.

I doubt the controller will be good enough for a simulation like TT. Most definitely just some wii style arcade game.
