You cant trade them.... You must buy the DLC Pack.

Yeah, you can't trade any car over 1 million credits, and you can't trade DLC cars.

Obviously not read game stats to know that as well pd/sony cap trading limits as well

Also needs dlc installed to use anyway so no good without it then

As others have said, you are not able to trade cars worth over a million credits. Plus you have to own the DLC in order to use the Cars.
