Downloaded Schick Car, now freezes...

I was having trouble switching between menus after downloading the car, it sits on the GT logo for a long time before exiting to the next screen, as though it is communicating with the servers but getting timeout errors. Either the GT servers, which are temporarily moved to US as I understand, are overwhelmed and it has nothing to do with this car; or it has something to do with DLC verification that may run on a separate server process when a DLC car is in use? I found exiting the game and disabling the Internet connection on PS3 settings would stop the issue if you just want to play A-spec and not go online. Not a fix though, try again later and maybe they sort it out if a server issue is the cause.

That´s interesting. Could anyone maybe know why a mate couldn´t send his car to me? I´m in the EU, by the way. Never heard about cars which seem to have some kind of "region lock".

I don't think any of the downloaded car could be traded anyway, and the car is only downloadable for the US I guess?
