I'll help you learn by this tip:
read up on drag racing, read up on gran turismo 5 drag racing, read up on transmission and suspension.. thats how i learnt most of my stuff, i also had people help me along the way. don't ask for other peoples tunes because that just makes you look lazy and annoys others..
