Uhhh F**k Xbox ?
i need a tune to remove oversteer most as possible for wheel drifting or ill make a video of me break this ****ing dfgt whit a hammer. PS : it was a joke ill not break it but sometime i think about it :)

When you say oversteer, do you always spin out? If so you need to ease off of the gas pedal a little, and practice throttle control. It also sounds to me like your just starting out with a wheel. It's a lot different than drifting with a controller so your gonna need to start practicing

Don't waste a perfectly good Driving Force GT. If you don't want it, sell it on Ebay or other auction sites.

You could give the wheel to me, I need one  . What car do you drift then? If its hard to deal with spinning out:
1.) get more practice and
2.) use a lower powered car like an AE86

I know exactly what you're talking about. I ge oversteer also (not under) and i have a dfp wheel. Just practice with a hachi,13, or 180 with driftable settings but nothing too crazy as far as upgrades. Also, you can adjust wheel settings i believe in the main menu options to tweek the resistance.

I spent a good couple of hours trying to drift with a DFGT the other day and gave up to the relief of everyone around and the wheel! I can't strike a balance with the damn comfort tyres. I either understeered straight into a wall or oversteered straight into a wall. There was no going round the corner to be seen.

hey man Im just learning the dfgt too. Im making good progress with some cars that are tuned for the ds3. Heres what I've got....

FFB - (10)
steering sensitivity - (-2)
Active Steering - (mild)

Try a fully tuned 'Chrysler Crossfire 04' *no tuning* on CH tyres to start off if you can find one. Advice for overspin would be to brake mid drift, and let that accelerator off before you try to countersteer to correct and straighten up. good luck.

I started out drifting the SVT Lightning with my DFGT believe it or not. I got the concept of countersteering down using it, and when PSN was down for that month or two in 2011, I practiced drifting for a month. I'm still learning to do a few things here and there, and I need a lot of practice tandeming but I need another person to do it with that has a wheel and a similar drifting style as me. Add me online, PSN is bddoeh, and I'll help you out with what I can.

hey man I got some advice that might be useful, switch the 'gear up' with the gear stick to 'ebrake' and use paddles to change up. Its pretty tight.

Hey, I have had the same problems.
It might be that I'm slower than most, but I think I have spent around 4 months in total to learn how to drift with a DFGT. I regret to say this: In the beginning it was so hard, I hit every corner on either the inside or the outside. I was making every error there is to make. Even though I'm old enough (48) to know better and to show some control of my temper, I got so angry that I trashed my wheel completely. Turning it past the stop at the end. You have to exert a fair bit of force to get through that point but it is possible :) I bought a new wheel and continued to practice. Now I drift - yeah! (Not very good but good enough)

Do not give up. Practice a lot. My best advice would be to go to the Top Gear Test Track and just drive around randomly on the big and wide landing strips. It was here that I first got the feel for traction/non traction.

legend mate! I know how frustrating it is. congratulations.

I've been drifting on my g27 for about a month straight now and I got to say when you start its incredibly irritating. You just keep spinning out and hitting corners, but then you learn car control. Once you bypass how to control your car to a point you start to drastically improve :)

I agree 👍 I kinda figured out how to Tandem with my DFGT now :sly:

Try using something with more power like a M3 or a mustang. Torque is my best friend when I'm drifting. If you start to understeer your right foot can save it.
