wtf:confused:

lol, where did you hear that term? Intial D?

Anyways, there are lots of threads that say READ THIS:. Go read the Drift Guide Online and it may answer all your questions.

Thio

yah, its trueno, but even tho...in the intital D anime they spelled it many different ways, and the license plate keep on changing

GT3 consistently gives incorrect information about particular cars... That doesnt make it corect... The same applies to initial d... Trueno is how toyota spelled it even tho it could not be pronounced in japanese... Tureno would be the romaji spelling and pronunciation of hte word... I do not know where the word trueno was spelled i am guessing on the car but if you are talking abou the subtitles they either made a mistake or were writing it how it is said in japanese...

I can clarify this.

Trueno = to-re-no.

He watched episode 1 of Initial D with Takumi feint drifted while he was delivering tofu and unintentionally battling the FD RX-7. The subtitle read as "Inertia drift", but the Japanese saying is just "drift" (kansei dorifuto), so it was just an Americanized addition, in a way.

you are right... in romaji it would be toreno... not tureno where the to is said fast enough to make it sound like trueno

guys inertia drift its wen your car turn rigth and then you got an hard left on a high speed , and please i dont understand english so please don write a bible of my grammar erros and please dont be ignorants

what inertia drift really is, is when you head for the corner as fast as possible and drift...i actually have a book on intertia drifting, if you dont belive me then dont. takumi does do an intertia drift because he uses his inertia to slide from the rear and corner without spinning, and it was a perfect back drift but its so unrealistic, but netherless fun to watch...it makes my blood boil.

really it does

It's possible in real life, but it just takes a lot of skill to do it. If you watch some Option videos or D1 videos, you can see that the drivers can do it. Skillfully though :P

It's possible in GT3. Lots of people have pulled it off. Here's a clip of me doing it:

There are other threads about this also. You can just look for the names with the words inertia drifting in it or something similar.

lol thio... i think we were having this discussion in a totally unrelated forum... i remember it too tho... Anyways... anything that is done in initial d can be done to some extent in the game and in real life... I mean everything is possible (but not necessarily easy)

ok any of you can do it ?( inertia drift ) because i only pass two corners at the same speed but in 3 coner i lose totaly control of my trueno , toreno tureno what ever jejeje in puerto rico we calthem (twin cam) or 1.8
