Drift training

Hmmmm... well it's best to drift with one car at first and keep at it... so I suggest a car you like that way you're not stuck learning to drift from a car that you totally hate and is much different than any other car you may want to drift.

A fun FR car to drift... I won't start you out with Cudaman's FC because, although terribly fun for the pro, it's not beginner material I think. A beginner FR... ok, I suggest a fully modded Silvia Varietta, it's pretty effortless to turn. I don't know what I can do about a training video, but I'm free tomorrow so I'll try and make you one. If you'd rather it be a different car please tell me.

I'll have to warn you, if you take after a video I make it'll only teach you what style I use. I don't know but some people might hate the way I drift because I drift on Super Slicks instead of sims (though I'm very much capable of drifting on sims) so take into account that my style may not be for you. It's 5:30 am right now and I'm dead tired so when I wake up, I'll try and get you a training video for my Varietta or maybe new to my drift scene: RX-8

Now I see why most people wont even try this... when you get right down to it... training someone to drift is kind of like teaching them to talk... you might get something out of just showing them... but it's got to come out on its own. But neverless, I'm making the video now.

The cup of water method refers to Initial D how the father of the main character taught him weight shifting by putting wather in a paper cup. The goal of corse was to not spill the water while driving.

it's both..there's a comic book and an anime series..i don't know much about the comic...but i've seen all the initial d's so far..including extra stage and the 3rd stage movie..

I haven seen any. I want to because ive played the game. But my computer is old. 12 GB HD.. I only have 11.5 GB in though. And all my programs keep doing illegeal operations. So I cant down load them. :-/ If anyone wants to make a VCD or anything for me to try and play in my computer. Feel free.

wow..lol the 1st stage is 26 episodes and that alone is almost 3gb..but that's the biggest of the three stages and extra stage..VCD's are a pain in the butt to make for it cause only about 3 episodes fits onto one..i'd rather have 'em as just data discs cause that's about 5-6 episodes per cd..and if we did make 'em would we like send 'em to you?

I doubt it. But I really want to see it Badly. But im screwed when it comes to hardware. I hope the HD for ps2 comes out soon. So I can DL directly to that HD and play there. I need it sooooo bad.

I created a "How to Feint Drift" video. It's somewhere around here in these forums, but it may be worth your time ;)
