This is just me. But there seem to be a few things missing from your post. Exactly what modifications you did on the car. I assumed and went with a racing flywheel, carbon driveshaft, and triple plate clutch. The tire choice is not included .. again, I assumed and put SIM / T0s front and rear since almost everyone seems to use them. The last thing that was missing is what, if anything, you did with the engine. I ran the oil change but that was it. Giving the Lancer Evolution VII a total of 320 horsepower, I figured that would be enough.

I'm not particularly skilled however I really got almost nothing from these settings, with the assumptions I made on tires and exact parts bought. But I'm using the D-pad and a standard PSX Control by personal choice, so that could be one reason why. -- I'm not debating whether or not they work for you, or whether or not they would work for someone else, however I just thought I should point out some of the missing information which I would think some people might find critical when attempting to try your settings for themselves.
