hi guys
im looking to start drifting on gt5 and im just looking for a lil bit of advice on what car to start with as im using the logitech gt wheel

You should check out my how to drift videos. They are far from perfect but they far more informative than any other videos I have seen on YouTube. 👍👍

You want to start with a lower horsepower car like a AE86, S13, or FC3S RX-7 and make sure you are using comfort hards. Start off with around 250-300 hp, you can tune the suspension if you would like, to suit your needs. If you need any tunes to learn with I'm sure I or someone else here could help you with one, There are also tunes already out on display for you to use here if needed. Just look around and you will find one.

Nice vids Stoner, I find if you practice recovering your car from a slide at will, holding the slide becomes easier. I practiced on TGTT throw a small slide then regain control & repeat from this you will naturally progress into doing manji (slalom drift) & your angle will get bigger as your skill & experience does, Start small 20-50mph stay in same gear 3rd usually good, Small angle small slides & just get a feel for it.

There's a Wheel drifting thread few pages back you should check it out it got many advices 👍
