Drifting cars

Welcome to GTP, Dandy.........

Ummmm...there's this sticky called "Read Before Posting" that will give you all the info you need.
IMO the 240 Fastback is an easy car to learn.......The RS200, MR2 GTS, 350Z concept, RX7 RZ (FD35), AE86....all good cars..........it's a matter of personal taste. Any car that doesn't make above 600 Hp fully tuned, is easy to drift.

As for settings........make your own, check the Drift Settings Depot, or www.GTvault.com

That's, personally, where I'd start....Good Luck!!

u want a car with alot of power, so that all u have to do is turn of asm and tcs with no mods and the car should drift.
for this my choice would definetly be a supra, or a s15 silvia (my fave drift car:))

It all started when I watch best motoring. The Touge Showdown 3. They had a blue Vitz, and i cant remeber who tuned it. EVERYONE gave it awesome comments, sure it wasn't the fastest car there. In fact, it got the worst time. But it still got into the finals. They took it out, mainly to make it more entertaining, but the point is it got in. I guess it got me thinking. I tuned a vitz about 2 hours later..Thus far, its got 600 miles on it.. :D

Forget settings. Drift them stock for now until you learn.
Yep, this is all you need to know about drifting, until you get comfortable controling the car. ;)

What about those who are comfortable controlling a high Hp car already?? If a prospecting drifter can do that, I'd suggest inducing slide and making adjustments to their settings gradually until they felt comfortable with being sideways through the duration of the corner. IMO, of course.
