Drifting high powered vehicles

I was watching some of team FBI's drifting videos and i noticed that they use high powered cars (500-700hp). I was wondering what settings i need to adjust to be able to control the car without aids. Usually when i try to step on the gas in a high powered vehicle without aids the tires just spin forever, thanks for the help in advance.

You need to turn your skills on "high." Actually I don't think it's that much different than a lower powered car, just gotta be more sensitive.

I mean. Even before i start drifting, just touching the accelerator gives the tires insane amounts of spin and i can barely gain any speed for a while aswell, which doesnt happen if i have the traction aid on which prevents the wheel spin.

just be gentle with it. treat the car gently and drive smoothly through the corners. don't chuck the car into a corner or you'll end up in the wall. drifting takes time to pickup and it can take a while to get used to each car. if that dosn't work put some stronger tires on it or turn the aids back on. also try putting a wing on it and giving it some downforce.

I use a Supra RZ 400bhp on N3's and it has more control than a 220bhp Levin Apex on the same tires, all you need is practise and control :)

Yeah, I think that with most high powered cars you just have to go into the corners a little slower than with a low powered car. Mainly because you can easily make up for it with the power.

With certain cars you need to just use the body weight, like the Supra or Trueno...and the tap of the gas and BOOM DORIFTO!!!! The begining speed is about the same..hell, what do I know...I haven't played in months...
