You mean like a burnout? Only sitting still? To do in real life or on gt5?
IRL - Hold brake slightly, stomp gas
GT5- Hold brake and gas, let of brake, then put brake back on just a little so the red bard on the bottom left is maybe a 1/4 of the way up.
